After talking with a few banks that wanted us to pay 20% (we've only been here for one year, and one of us is from outside EU/EEA) down we managed to find one that was okay with us putting down 5-7% and was willing to give us the normal loans (f1-f3-f5-f30 etc) and a good bankloan for the rest.
